Architecture
Hoxston was created to produce design led schemes and to provide a niche product that offers a difference to other standard new build homes. We work closely with our architects to bring innovative design not just to the external appearance of our projects but also to the internal flow and aesthetics. The interaction between kitchen, living space and garden are key considerations for any home purchaser. At Hoxston we try and accumulate our thinking as to how we would want the home to appear and flow if it were our own.
We strive to use the highest quality materials on our sites and have formed good working relationships with planners to integrate these into our schemes. We have a lot of experience building in sensitive Conservation areas and this experience supports our use for quality materials.
Ultimately we care what our projects look like and how they will be perceived in future years. Quality in materials and labour, not just design and architecture, help us to be proud of all our projects.
Joint Ventures & Investors
Hoxston predominantly operates in the East Midlands area and we are always pro-actively looking for site acquisitions or strategic land options. We are however always keen to look at proposals a little further afield.

Hoxston is keen to work with land owners who are looking for a potential JV partner. The team at Hoxston provide the experience on delivering successful projects. Our knowledge and skills assist not just in the build and funding of a project but the very important stage of planning.
