Our History

Hoxston was created as a rebrand exercise in 2014 to deliver design led homes in the East Midlands area. Key skills in the team from our external professional network consist of surveying, project management, branding, marketing and finance. All vital attributes in delivering successful and profitable developments.

Our aim is to be recognised as a leading developer in the East Midlands for schemes that offer an alternative to the standard product offered by the larger businesses in the sector. Whilst growing our business with sense and ultimately involving ourselves in projects that fuel our interest in forward thinking architecture and build methods.
